Everyone deserves to eat, but some people don't have time to prepare food, while others struggle to afford it. Mount Moriah, Elgin Cares and area businesses are proud to announce eating has never been easier or more accessible. Every Friday from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M, we will hand out free meals while supplies last. And when we say FREE, we mean FREE.

Here is how it works: drive, or walk to Mount Moriah BC Parking Lot, (located at 701 South Main St. Elgin, TX 78621). We will prepare your FREE meal(s) and deliver it to you in the parking lot. Please note: We may reserve the right to limit the amount you take because we want everyone to eat. And you should know, when we are out, we are out, so please get there early.

One of the questions often asked is, do we accept donations. We are excited to announce that we have a way for you to donate online. Your gift can be one-time or reoccurring.
